FEES
Understanding the costs

The costs of our services can vary depending on areas such as urgency, location and the nature of the case but the following are provided as a guide to assist your budgeting and planning:

-
Free 15 minute consultation meeting
-
Initial MIAM meeting - £95 per person
-
Joint Mediation meeting - £140 per person for 90 minutes
-
Administration charges, to be advised along the process, guiding costs £120-£160 per person.

The fee for the relevant mediation meeting is payable in advance and can be paid via bank transfer.

We require 3 working days' notice for a cancellation. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours from the scheduled appointment, we are unable to refund the cost of the session and a new session fee will be charged upon rebooking.

If you are happy to proceed following the consultation, we will ask for contact details and will request photographic proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence. We will provide a referral form for you to complete and request the return of that and the identification ahead of the first meeting.
Government Voucher Scheme
Being registered with the FMC, means we can establish if you are eligible for the government voucher scheme, which provides £500 towards family mediation. This is done as part of the MIAM.

Essentially, if there is a child under 18 that will be impacted by the decisions you make, you are likely to be eligible for a voucher. This even includes grandparents wishing to mediate with their child about grandchildren.
We will apply for the voucher scheme on your behalf and this will entitle you to up to 3 hours of fully funded mediation.
